When we opened in 2009 we had two goals... provide friendly professional service and provide great bikes and bike parts in East Boise. We have worked hard to listen to our customers regarding who they need us to be and have adapted over the years.

Our Goals

At Eastside, our top goals are to offer the best service in Boise while also being the friendliest. This is no small task; Boise is graced with an abundance of shops all trying to do the same. Since we opened in 2009, we have strived to be a different kind of bike shop. One that’s accepting of every type of rider, community-oriented, and driven by the love for bikes.

We Keep a Small Foot Print

In 2009 the trend in bike shops was to be big. Big showrooms custom designed by the big brands all with a notable lack of personality. We went a different route and stayed small and personal. Staying small gives the freedom to deal brands we like, stock a broader selection of parts and accessories, and ultimately choose products that we believe in.

Ryan is a Boise native who has worked in the bike and ski industries around town since 1995. In 2009 Ryan and his wife Alison lived in east Boise and saw the need for a bike shop.... a chaotic 9 months later Eastside Cycles was born.
