Eastside Cycles staff has the know how to make your bike perform its best. We’re committed to maximizing the performance of every bike we touch.

Communication

We start every repair with a conversation to determine what you are expecting and we perform a detailed inspection to identify the needs of your bike to reduce surprises during the service. Once your repair is complete, we’ll notify you however you like: text, phone, or email.

Accuracy

Each of us at Eastside take great pride in the mechanic work that we do.... but we are not perfect. That is why every repair is both test ridden and double checked by a second veteran mechanic before the bike is ready for pick up. Yes, this aim for perfection takes extra time but it allows us to be confident in every bike that leaves our shop.

Scheduling

Bikes are most fun when you can ride them. That is why Eastside Cycles offers advanced scheduling allowing you to ride your bike until the day before your appointment and we will have it complete the next day by 5:00pm. We are also happy to tackle some small things to keep your bike rideable until your appointment if needed.
